Otto Is an android life-form who was created by Captain Futures father shortly before his death (on the right). After designing Grag it was Newton’s second attempt at creating artificial life. Otto was built from some sort of rubbery substance which makes him dextrous and flexible. Otto is a master of disguise and shape-change.
